Shipping Courier
Hearty Tails uses Canada Post (regular parcel) to fulfill all orders.
Order Processing Times
Please allow Hearty Tails to process your order within (2) business days. If Hearty tails is experiencing high order volume, the processing time may be delayed. In this case, a representative from our team will contact you directly.
Shipping Times
Hearty Tails ships within Canada. Please allow 7 business days for your order to reach your destination. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays may occur. In this case, a representative from our team will contact you directly.
Lost or Damaged Order
In the rare event that your order goes missing or ships to you damaged, there are two ways to handle this situation.
- Contact Canada Post directly at 1-866-607-6301
- 7am - 11pm EST time Monday through Friday.
- 9am-9pm EST time Saturday and Sunday.
- Contact (info@heartytails.ca) and a member of our team will be in contact with you regarding refunds and exchanges.

Order Tracking
You may have to wait up to 24 hours before a tracking number is linked to your order. You will be notified via email when your tracking number is live.
Curbside Pickup
Hearty Tails headquarters is opened Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am - 3pm. You may come anytime between then to pickup your order. Hearty Tails is not available to provide curbside pickup on weekends. Please have a copy of your receipt upon arrival. Our pickup address is 1414 Rosenthal Avenue. Ottawa, Canada.
International Shipping
Hearty Tails does not ship anywhere outside Canada currently.
