You have 21 days to return an item from the date you placed your order. In order to be eligible for returns, the item must be in fair condition.

Refunds
Once Hearty Tails receives your item, we will inspect the item and contact you regarding the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the funds will be refunded into your account within a certain amount of days (varies between banks)
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on gift items.
Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay for any shipping costs when returning an item back to Hearty Tails. Shipping costs are non refundable.
